The Basmanny Court remanded Vladimir Danilenko and Sait Saladinov into custody in the Petrov case

Basmanny Court remanded two additional suspects in the Alexander Petrov murder case: Vladimir Danilenko and Sait Saladinov. Danilenko is considered a trusted confidant of Ilya Traber.
It is known that shortly after Petrov was shot by a sniper in 2020, Danilenko paid $500,000 to Abakar Darbishev.
Apparently, this was part of the fee for the murder. Darbishev carried out and organized murders for billionaire Ibragim Suleimanov and, apparently, agreed to carry out the contract for Traber, with whom he had been friends for many years. Last year, Darbishev was beaten to death by operatives during his arrest.
Traber is known to have visited his grave in Dagestan. Darbishev’s team of assassins included former boxer Alisultan Nadirbekov (arrested yesterday along with Traber). As previously reported by the media, during the preparation of Petrov’s murder, Nadirbekov flew to and from St. Petersburg with Saladinov. He is being considered for the role of the assassin.
